Not here it doesn't. Nik installer does not offer CaptureOne as a host.

hmmm... maybe, but I'm pretty sure this has only started happening with v21. And plenty of applications use Spacebar+mouse to pan the display. Such as Photoshop. And it is only C1 v21 that behaves...
