The first thing to check is if Hardware Acceleration is currently on. If it is, disable it and try your export again.

You may also want to check if your printing lab has a specific profile that you can download and use during soft-proofing as described by Robert.

Just to add to what Abbott said: After selecting 'All Images' at the top of the Library module, select 'Regenerate Previews' from the Image menu.
