Thank you for your post. No we are not moving the files. We have just noticed that even when we are not renaming we still have this issue. Any ideas?Maybe its time to reinstall?Johan

Thanks for that Paul, we will be going to Canon this Friday to get the techs out there to help us. Apple, the mac sees the camera, but Capture does not, only sometimes and no actions can be perform...
