First see if the settings and previews were renamed properly.Try deleting the setting file .cos and perhaps the preview. Hopefully that will let you start over with it.

Seems to be just a standard setting as the +7 +5 is true for all four of the cameras I've used (1DS Mark II, 1DS Mark III, 1D Mark IV and G12).
