  • I will. I did get a much more involved message from the support group today, hopefully we will find out the problem. I do love the images I am getting out of the program!

  • They have suggested I totally uninstall the product and delete the folders it is in, then re-install. Anyone know, will this cause me to lose all the changes that I have made on my existing images?
