Thanks for the detailed reply --I hadn't thought about the size of the preview image. Do you have any idea how large the database is per, say, 1000 images, or something like that?

Yes -- on the wacom control panel, go to the mapping tab and turn off "use windows ink." See if that makes it work better.😊Russ
