I received a promotional email today, so they have my email address but still no License. I would be very disappointed if this is "a circle jerk" a la' Microsoft........ 11 days now.

I received my license from Phase One today. It was a little over the 5 day period. 16 days but it did arrive and I am very grateful to Phase One for their generous offer.

Thank you for the post. You mentioned 'completed checkout'. All I had to complete was a box to enter my email address and Iview media pro license. Am I missing a step?
