I can shoot tethered from my camera. But, if I try to shoot from the keyboard, nothing happens.

Updated the firmware. Restarted everything. Still can't fire from computer/keyboard. Buttons allow me to click on them but no response from camera. Any other suggestions?

Neither are grayed out. They change color when I click on them, but no response from the camera.
