What camera profile are you using? AdobeRGB may be the output profile, but the camera profile is likely something else. How do things look when you Command-R reset the image to defaults?

There is a filter currently applied to that folder.

Set up back button focus on the 5D Mark III and that'll take care of it. Can always leave your lens in AF, but the camera won't AF unless the rear button is pressed.http://www.courtneysargent.com/f...
