It looks like the problem is solved. I updated the monitor calibration app and then recalibrated the screen. I see the same colour in CO 4.6 as in my other PP apps now.Thanks for listening.

Thanks Paul,Output profile is sRGB and the colours of the output files (converted with default settings) are ok and do not look washed out when viewed in Faststone image viewer or PSP XI or PS Elem...
