    Problem solved - It was a faulty Macbook Pro straight out of the Box. Apple replaced the unit straight away. 😄

    I deleted all my batch queue, then tick enable batch queue - which I could not do before, and then everthing worked fine. I have know idea why, must have been something corrupt in the queue.
