I submitted my case to you after countless hours of trying to activate my SE to Pro ubgrade. That was on May 14. You've still done nothing. My follow up e-mails to you have obviously been ignored....

Spent hours trying to get upgrade via every key I've received. Nothing works. Created a support case & after a few days received an e-mail that states that all should be OK & go ahead with the key ...
