Yes. Dowloaded twice same result and tested dmg with disk utility. It is a flaw in the app file.

I am attempting to run it from the app folder after copying the app from the dowloaded dmg. In reply to my support inquiry your support folks stated "we are getting a lot of these". The problem is ...

I have the same problem. After installation start fails with error claiming the app is a disk image. I'm using Sierra 10.12.4
