Thanks for your reply.I have version 9.2.1, Although I only see two option after > Select by > Rating and Colour.Have I missed something?

Thats a shame.I like to be able to embed my copyright info etc into the files. This seems to me to be an important safety measure in terms of helping prevent breaches of copyright.
