I had the same problem with the Windows version using Firefox. Switched to IE and it downloaded fine.

Not drag and drop, but I will name my files using a sequence number. When I want to custom sort I rename the file so the sequence matches. Not practical for major reshuffling though.

The first thing I do is to right-click the current folder in the folder list and choose set as output folder. My processing recipe is set to create a subdirectory ("JPGs") so the develops go there.

Don't set the saturation to zero in the exposure tool first. Try settings in the color editor first.
