Re-ordering Layers
Hello, I used to be able to re-order the layers by dragging to a new position. Now it just changes the selected layer. Does anyone else see this behaviour? (15.3.1) Kind regards, John

What are your brush settings? This happened to me after using one of the Style Brushes - it left a very low Flow.
