Great idea to use a trial license the coming days. Thanks guys for your help. (Nothing can compare to C1, that is why I get so frustrated. I tried Lr, but hell no, that is not an option)

In my order history the new key is not listed. My previous upgrade in January 2020 contains the key in the order history. Something must have gone wrong with the online purchase.
