Thanks very much for your suggestion, exporting works fine now with hardware acceleration set to "never".

Windows, CO 21, v14.3 Export produces blank or fully pixelated thumbnail in Output folder

Processing in CO 20 works fine. Why does export in CO21, using exact same files, process blank or pixalated thumbnails in the output folder ?
