Okay, finally figured it out. I downloaded v21, had to activate it from an old key when I bought it originally. I guess the new key they sent me was for Express only. Thank you for your help.

I just got a new MacBook Air M2 model. Installed Capture One 22 (Sony version) Color balance tool is nowhere to be found. I also can’t find anything on this site or online on how to enable the tool...
