Capture One Cloud transfer from iPad mobile to Capture one Pro on Windows only uploads small group of photos.

When using Capture One Cloud transfer from iPad mobile to Capture one Pro (16.3.6) on Windows (11) only  a small group of the photos gets uploaded. I have 46 images in a recent session on my iPad and when I upload using the cloud transfer, only 14 images upload. I have not used up my space on the cloud, I remove any albums from the cloud after I have uploaded them.
