Capture one 20
Hello I bought capture one 20 on November 11, 2020 and I thought I could receive version 21 for free. But no, I am being asked for € 76.30 !! not commercial

I would have thought that was within the "grace period and the activation code you were given should also work for V21.
Have you already tried the V21 download with a the recently provided activation code?
Which version of C1 did you buy?
Where did you obtain the upgrade fee that you quoted?

Chris, this is mainly a user forum, I would suggest that you remove the detail of your activation key, I. E. Edit your post to remove it. If you have questions about licencing can I suggest that you submit a request as nobody here is likely to be able to help you!

If you bought the V20 to V21 upgrade offer for existing users (or V12 to V20 with V21 included) I would expect the process should have provided you with an activation key that would work for V21.
If it does not then I would also suggest (as Mark did) that the Submit a request using the appropriate option to direct the request quickly to the best people to deal with it, and obtain clarification.
I have seen in the last few minutes another document that refers to a "grace period" cut off date for new first time buyers of V20 which indicates that their purchase includes the option to upgrade to V21. The relevant date was 17th November 2020.
Whether there may be some sort of confusion somewhere relating to that date and your upgrade purchase date is something only the C1 Support people can advise about.
I have to observe that in the normal context of purchase proximity to new releases the 17th November does not seem overly generous. However if you bought the existing user upgrade offer slightly earlier in November I would not expect you to have a problem with the activation.

NOTE: New users who purchase Capture One 20 + 21 starting from November 17, 2020, will receive the Capture One 21 license key which can activate Capture One 20 as well.
Since you bought on Nov 11 you should qualify for free upgrade.
