why is HDR merge greyed out on my Capture one 22 Nikon

I am trying to do a HDR merge but when I right click on photos the HDR merge is always greyed out! Anybody know why? I'm using capture one 22 Nikon version.

  If you're using C1 Express (ie, the free version), it doesn't appear to support HDR: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003502857-Capture-One-Pro-for-Fujifilm-for-Sony-for-Nikon-vs-Capture-One-Express-features

  I’m using capture one pro, but have worked out how to make it come on. I need to have two or more photos selected then click on hdr! I was following a tutorial and it just said select a photo right click and select hdr, then add second photo then third etc. Didn’t mention select multiple photos then right click or go to menu.
