Free Upgrade

Tried three times to upgrade to C1 22 (as per email from C1) and each time it is installing the FREE TRIAL and asking me to purchase. I have an ongoing licence, hence their email to upgrade. Any answers out there. Tried contacting C1 but still awaiting response.

  The "free trial" version is the full, licenced version - it's the same executable - and what you get to use is dictated by the licence key.

  So checking the licence key details it has been allocated a new licence key and not the one I have with my current ongoing subscription!?!

  Yes, David. Upgrading from a previous version to Capture One 22 needs a new licence key.
