Activation Problem: Need to Re-activate Every Time I open C1 22

On my base model MacBook Air running Monterey 12.3.1 I have to reactivate C1 22 every time I open the program. I am on my 5th time of having to enter my C1 22 activation key. A disk utility first aid check found no errors on the internal SSD where both the OS and C1 22 reside. Both C1 22 and MacOS are up to date.

Am I missing anything?
