How to export raw files from one catalog to another

I tried many times to export raw files (.raf) from an old catalog to a new one. Every time, either it copied my raw files in a catalog container (!?!) or in a directory but without the modifications of the photos... C1 imported pictures as new photos and not my work on them. 

I tried many ways, even of course with the option import "include existing adjustements"...

Am I doing something wrong ?

    Can you describe your catalog setup and what you want to achieve?

    It's a 2023 catalog, before 2022, 2021... No extraordinary setup. 
    But I have a problem with it. An old disk and directory is always in the catalog. I tried many times to erase it, scan and repair from the C1 catalog utility. It found a problem, solved it and when I came back in catalog, again the same disk and directory. 
    So, I want to create a new catalog and import my work in. But every time, it import only files and not all adjustements.

    The catalog is not a container but with files on 2 disks, internal one and external SSD

    You can create a new catalog, and then go to the File menu, Import>Import Catalog>Capture One Catalog...
