cant open a catalogue that was saved using 16.1.1.14 pro

I went to look at the new capture 1 release and decided to uninstal it and now I can't open my catalogue that was saved using build 16.1.1.14. How do I reinstal this version.I seem to be on version 15.4.1.9?
