    This is still not working. Installed 23 build 16 today, 11/10/22. I cannot uninstall 22. Same issue..

    Same as you. I've discovered a work around though. Deactivate your copy. Then try to run Capture One. You should get an activation box. Use your perpetual license from your profile online. Then go ...
