The colour labels and star rating were chosen in Capture One Pro 10.I've since installed and tried ACDSee Pro 10 and that picks up the colour tags and star ratings whereas Media Pro SE doesn't?

Well maybe you can use the computer that is connected to the Internet to send a report as it doesn't have to be from the same computer as the one you're having problems with?
