C1 v22 on Win7 is working just fine. There is one dll missing that is part of Win10 but you can google it and download. I have not had a single crash since I updated.

The dimensions you are displaying, tells me that you are locked into 2/3 ratio: 14.27 / 2 = 7.135 * 3 = 21.40 Make sure you have Unconstrained or Original aspect ratio selected in the cropping tool.
