I just did it, maybe you have to go and connect again the option Display Selection Points (MBP15" 2018 Catalina). Or your're talking about the 'end arrow' on a clone point, aren't you?

Hi there... I found (maybe you too already) that via Mask Visivility Settings and by selecting Display Selection Points you have the addition of the center mask point in the image to move the mask.
