    In my case, the files with thumbnails that don't show are .mp4 UHD AVC Coded video files. I've tried the sort by file type and just get a nice selection of black thumbnails. This is a bit disappoin...

    No thumbnail for MPEG-4 AVC Coding

    I export from PP to a UHD MPEG-4 AVC Coding. The thumbnails for this codec is black. I ended up having to create h264.mov proxy files to keyword. It's a problem. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.
