Make sure to have View-Hidden-Files turned on in Windows. Moving files on the same partition (drive) is actually a re-name function, moving to a different partition is a copy + delete source.

Same problem here but so slow it makes the program impossible to use. The program is NOT reading the built-in preview and it is excruciatingly slow at making it's own.
