Batch removing dust spots
I just finished watching Paul Reiffer "Easy Dust Spot Finder Removal Tool" My question is: would it be possible to create a template of a separate photo (of a white background for example) just to find the dust spots , clean the spots AND use this photo to "copy and 'paste it" to several photos from the same shooting session? instead of going from photo to photo to find and correct the same spots?

Yes, but... As I recall he mentioned that, and suggested that it might not always work. It might be a job for the good old dust and spot tool, if you have fewer than 100 spots to deal with. You could clear them all on your photo of the white background, then copy that as an adjustment to the other images.

There is a possibility (that I never used up to now) with the LCC tool/profile, which could be useful for removing dusts from pictures taken with a dirty sensor. It could be applied as a batch processing.

Marcel,
As Robert has already suggested what you appear to be asking for sounds like the traditional LCC solution.
Part of the information about the feature is available in this link.

See other related links in the Left Hand column or use the search facility to uncover many more references that might be of interest.
Otherwise use the Spot Removal tool in DUST mode for sensor dust spots. It works by analysing the area around the spot and blending accordingly.
Using a Heal layer is a great option for a single image or for multiple almost identical shots.
For fixed position dust spots on a variety of images batch processed you may well find that the source points for the initially corrected image's "Heal" activity are not appropriate for all of the images in the batch.
I don't think there is a way to work around that at this time.

Thank you all for your input. I may have found the solution (kind of!), After I followed Paul Reiffer great post 'Easy Dust Spot Finder Removal" technique, what happened after I 'Copy' the adjustments (spot removal layer) and try to 'Paste' I get a warning "Layers cant' be applied to the variant they were copied from', although all the files involved are NEF files. Well..well surprise surprise, the warning is not relevant the spot removal is automatically copied.
Thanks again, Marcel

Marcel,
It is probably referring to the fact that the variant that is the source of the spot removal layer is also one of the selected images for the "Paste" process.
With older versions of C1 that had layers this was not a problem worth reporting at run time because the layer "paste" activity would replace any existing layers. Therefore there was no need to change the process or provide a message since the end result would be OK.
When the layer copy and paste was changed with the introduction of V20 the "paste" is now an addition and not a replacement. Sot he source image would have two applications of the same layer. The system prevents this and delivers the warning which relates only to the source image not the other selected images.
HTH.
