Film - Simulations in Capture One Express Fujifilm
Hi everyone,
I have a question about the film simulations in Capture One Express. I am using a Fujifilm X-T10. When I import RAF files into Capture One, no film simulations (e.g. Classic Chrome) are displayed. There are only 4 settings to choose from. Is it because of my camera or the express version?
Best regards
Uwe

The Film Simulations work in the Fujifilm Express version.
Note however, that not all Fujifilm models have Film Simulations in Capture One Pro or Capture One for Fujifilm. In particular, older models do not. The general consensus is that this is Fuji's decision. More here (not fully up to date, but sufficient):

Hi Paul,
I have a XF10 which supports Fuji Film Simulations. I'm also evaluating Capture One Express. The support link above does not help for me, just like Uwe I only get the default curves. Adobe Camera Raw does supply the several XF10 supported simulations.
Am I overlooking something?
Thanks!

@joost,
The table at the end of the article identifies the Fuji cameras for which are supported. Not all cameras listed support all Simulations. Indeed as I understand it the XF10 does not support all available simulations in camera for jpg.
As Paul pointed out, it is believed the the list of supported cameras with official Fuji simulations available is the list agreed between Fuji and Capture One.
Presumably you could confirm this with Fuji if you feel it would be useful to do so.
As a Canon user I have no simulations available! :(
I am not sure to whom I should voice my complaint.

Hi SFA,
Thanks for your quick reply. I've downloaded a X100V sample image and there it works as expected.
I'll (also) inform Fuji about this, you never know :-)
