Can i work on raw files from sony xperia 1 II with Capture one 20 for Sony?

No, according to the specs on the Sony website (https://www.sony.com/electronics/smartphones/xperia-1m2), the RAW format used is .DNG files and Capture One supports DNG only in the "full" Pro version (https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002501237-What-file-formats-are-suitable-for-import-)
