3. Customized workspace cannot be saved

LVS, thanks for the hint to delete old workspaces.  After doing that, I can save a new workspace w/o it resetting the current tool menu (Q) back to the default.

Thanks, Eric.  I think I remember V12 getting pretty usable around 12.0.3.  Looks like this version may need a little more time settling in.
