Unfortunately not! I have the same result. Also the luminance noise is very difficult to manage; the result looks different in different zoom positions.

Great helpfull programs but in 3.x there was this very unique button: tataaaa : Exif information on TIFF : on/off. Is that too difficult?!? 💡
