    As Phaseone has not bothered to reply to this issue, I can now tell everyone this known fault by Phaseone and hopefully this will be resolved in 7.1.4 but on the other hand it might not.

    7.1.3 When shooting tethered, if the back switches it's self off and you restart it, the image number count misses a number out. e.g. image number 100 will then increase to 102 missing out a 101.A...
