I have a little more info now that i discovered..my exif editor is actually successful at changing the time stamp for the actual RAW file...however when i see the thumbnails in the cap one browser....

Glad to hear I am not the only one with this mistake!two things..1. In the exif editor that i am using I can see three time stamps for the date created..I am only able to edit two of those fields.....
