"export it to DNG format using TIFF Adobe RGB" doesn't quite make sense. DNG is one format. TIFF is another.

As SFA says, DNG is just a raw format, and as such it won't have adjustments baked into it.

TIFF is not a raw format. If you wanted to go to an app such as Photoshop, or Affinity Photo, to do more work on your picture after making adjustments in Capture One, TIFF would be a good choice of format to use. The TIFF you export from Capture One will have the adjustments incorporated into it.

What is it you are actually hoping to do with your exported file?

Thank you, Mr. Lan, for your detailed explanation. I now understand why the DNG files do not carry adjustment effects. The reason I wanted to export DNG files with adjustments is that I plan to use AI denoising in Photoshop, and it seems that formats other than DNG are not supported. Additionally, I have another issue. After the most recent update, I found that I can no longer import DNG files that have been denoised using Camera Raw. However, I remember being able to import such DNG files in September and October. Has there been any update in the software regarding this?

As I understand it, the Adobe AI denoising only works with raw files, but that is not restricted to DNG. (However they specially say it doesn't work with JPG or TIFF.) Whether the DNG that is generated by Camera Raw after denoising can be opened in Capture One, I don't know. You could try it!
