C1 v20 not using GPU1 for export
I have C1 v20 running on a laptop with an integrated GPU (GPU0) and an NVIDIA GTX980m (GPU1)...
I've forced the main program to use GPU1 during editing, but when outputing it will only use the integrated GPU... and is slow...
I didn't have this problem with V12.
I can't find any way to for the IMG CORE PROCESS to use the nvidia gpu...

There's a Log file for the check process. Does that offer any ideas about what is happening?
There will be different assessment and kernels for V12 and V20.
If you turn in the Activities Window then close an re-open C1 you will likely see the GPU check process being reported. If it is reported for more than a few seconds the chances are that there are some issues somewhere.
Difficult to suggest more at this stage without the suggestions likely to lack meaning for you at this point.
Have you checked the C1 FAQ pages and found the articles about using GPU's / OpenCL?

C1 Support emailed me this link: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002404937-Troubleshooting-OpenCL-in-case-of-viewing-processing-exporting-problems
I hadn't previously seen that article about OpenCL.
Followed the procedure and it wasn't until the very last step (resetting the Reg Key to '1') did it fully reset and start using GPU1.
Just did a quick import, edit and export. GPU1 used during everything... Just output a 720 shot event in <4 minutes instead of the previous 35.0 -

This is very confusing. I am running Capture One 20.0.2 build 13.0.2.13 on Windows 10 v1909. My laptop is i7-8750H, 32 gig ram, Nvidia gtx1060 graphics with 6gig video ram and the intel display hardware and drivers. On my machine I have deleted the ImgCore folder built by Capture One 12 and Capture One 20 has not rebuilt it. However the test for graphics acceleration suggested in the link above shows acceleration is working as does preferences.
I get the feeling that the instructions in the link above were written around capture one12 and there has been a lot of behind the scenes changes in Capture One 20 such that they no longer apply.
BTW Computer -> HKEY_Local_Machine -> SOFTWARE -> Khronos -> OpenCL -> Vendors on my machine is empty and does not contain the IntelOpenCL64.dll key.0 -

I got that wrong - The ImageCore directory is still present in 20 but it has been moved, It now resides at C:/Users/zzz/AppData/Local/CaptureOne/ImageCore/13.0.2.13 rather than in the ProgramData directory.
