    From your post I am guessing you have already see this Tech Support article but if not might it offer some ideas?

    In Capture One Pro, check in Preferences, Capture tab the providers. Make sure Sony is checked.

  • Permanently deleted user
    Thanks for the link, I had done almost everything listed. The one thing I didn't try was the Terminal reset, that did the trick. Now everything is working.

    In instances where you may have rejected these requests or selected 'Don't Allow' - you can run the commands below in Terminal to reset the permissions, so that you are prompted to grant access again.

    tccutil reset SystemPolicyRemovableVolumes com.phaseone.captureone13
    tccutil reset Photos com.phaseone.captureone13
