Upgrading from Capture One for Nikon to Pro

So, I purchased Capture One for Nikon a few days ago, and realised that I can't edit tiff files previously exported from LightRoom and Photoshop that were taken on my Nikon D7100. I'd therefore like to upgrade to the Pro version. I can't find an automated way to do this. Is there one?

I have submitted a question to customer services, but I've not had a response in a couple of days.

  This must not necessarily be caused by the original camera RAW file but most likely by the later editing/exporting. Have a look here: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002478277-JPEG-and-TIFF-file-formats. 
  Guess you should try again the export with different settings according to that article and try again before wasting money.
