Version 13.1.1.31 is very slow at loading

    You can load Capture One while pressing the Shift key. This prevents loading the previous session(s). See if that is slow too.

    You could delete the AppData folder for Capture One and the preference file user.config. That will give a fresh start.

    You might not want to delete the whole AppData folder - at least not without a backup you can use for re-instatement should it be required.
