Capture One 20 Won't start

I just preordered the 21 release and while at it the page suggested I upload the upgrades to 20.1. I did and replaced by old 20 but it won't open - it just bounces in tool bar and then stops. What do i do? THX  Tim

  Have you removed the original V20 activation using license management?

  Do you have a new activation key for V21? You will need to use that now to activate V20

  See this article for more information - section 2 onwards.

   

  If it's not that then the question to ask might be about how you ran the upgrade process but I'm not a Mac user so I'm not familiar with what an app bouncing in the toolbar might signify - other than it's apparently seeking attention.

  +1　I cannot start v20 pro after I got v21 update key.

  but v20 activated.

  I solved it thanks to you all. I just deleted all the old versions and reinstalled 20
