problem

I had a hard drive crash on my desktop computer a while ago and had to do a complete reinstallation of the computer with Cature one for Nikon. The problem with that was that I got 2 activations of Capture one on the same computer. Now I can not activate the program on my laptop that I have when I am out and about traveling. Have tried to unregister one of the activations on my desktop computer, after that I will not get into Capture one but have to do a new activation. Has now deactivated on both computers and wants help with you to be able to activate on both computers.
Looking forward to a solution to this problem.

This is a user-to-user support forum, you really ought to reconsider posting your personal information.
That said, you can reset all your activations using the Phase One user portal, as detailed here:https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002467237-Deactivating-Capture-One
Then just re-activate them on any machine you wish to use.0 -

You may want to edit out your email address and the Activation code.
This is an open forum.
A new disk will be interpreted as a new machine.
NFGphoto's advice should allow you to de-activate the "old" device that was the machine with the failed disk drive.
Or simply deactivate all machines and then re-activate if identifying which is which is difficult - as it can sometimes be.
