Bought pre-version 22 and current version deactivate?
What. Bought version 22 and version 21 was deactivated? I really just want to get some work done but I must first try and get my current license working! This should not be happening.

Jim,
In effect your current license activation is now the V22 license and that will also activate V21 (and older versions).
You can log in and used "License Management" to de-activate the V21 license and then simply restart C1 (V21 for now as V22 is not yet released) and Activate it using the new activation key.
