    thanks for the answer but i've the good licence for the software in use...

    I've try to delete completely Capture One and give register.. but nothing change. Before the problem, few days before... all is running correctly

    I did the preorder and now my "updated" 21 does not open up with either key code????????

    Yup.  It has not been released yet.  That will be in a month or two.  That said, the new license you received is supposed to work with your current version of Capture One.

    Deleting and re-installing Capture One may make you feel like you are doing something, but in this day and age it is very unlikely to make any difference as the program preferences and other data that drive the program stick around even after removing the application.

    What worked for me (and many others) was to deactivate the old license code then re-launch Capture One and activate the new license code.  You can also verify the status of your license on the Capture One web site.  Mine looks like this:

     

     

    Clicking on the circled down arrow shows me the details including my license code and my activation history.  I can deactivate from there, too.

    Yes, it states that it is a Capture One Pro 22 license.  It can still be used with earlier versions of Capture One.  It is the license I'm currently using for Capture One 21.

    Had the same problem plus I never received the Fulfillment Email from FastSpring. I guess the email would have had some instructions on how to upgrade. It isn't all that intuitive but after I logged into my CaptureOne account it showed the Order and the new License-Key :)
