I could not activate the software because the license code could not be verified by the server.
This error appears when you are trying to activate Capture One with a different email address than used or previously or if a firewall blocks communication.
1. Use the original email address used previously when activating Capture One.
2. The email addresses and passwords are case sensitive. Be sure to enter your password correctly.
3. In some cases, Firewall is blocking the communication from activation.phaseone.com.
4. Contact Support if steps 1 and 2 do not solve the issues.
