PROBLEM
I tried to activate Capture One with a license key on my new computer and I get the error "Activation Limit Exceeded". What does that mean?
SOLUTION
This error message appears when you have already reached the limit of available activations for your license.
Each machine produces a unique identification number. When a new machine is purchased, the operating system is reinstalled, the hard drive or other major hardware changes occur, your computer can have a new ID. This creates a need for re-activation.
To solve this, you have to deactivate the software either from a computer or remotely on the website.
